If you are coming for an upper body injury, please be sure to wear either a tank top or a loose fitting shirt.

If you are coming for a lower body injury, please bring shorts or pants that can easily be rolled up above your knee.

Megan Hickingbottom PT
Megan holds a Master’s of Physical Therapy from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Western University. While at Western, she served as the athletic trainer for the varsity women’s basketball team, gaining hands-on experience in treating and preventing a variety of sports-related injuries.
Practicing as a physiotherapist since 2018, Megan has completed certifications in Soft Tissue Release and Functional Dry Needling. She also holds Manual Therapy Level 1 and Level 2 Lower through the Orthopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. In addition, she has taken a variety of advanced post-graduate courses through the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute (APTEI), further deepening her clinical knowledge and hands-on skills.
Megan treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions and is committed to providing evidence-based, individualized care. She values not only treating the symptoms but identifying and addressing the root cause of each issue to promote lasting recovery and optimal function. She also offers vestibular therapy, helping patients manage symptoms such as dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders.
Outside of the clinic, Megan is a proud mom of two energetic boys and values a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle that she strives to model both personally and professionally.

Mackenzie Lennox
Mackenzie completed her Massage Therapy schooling at Algonquin College in 2019. She obtained a Bachelor of Science overseas, in Ireland, immediately after graduating from Algonquin. Mackenzie has been practicing as an RMT since 2020 and has experience treating a variety of different cases and demographics. In addition, she is certified in Cupping and Gua Sha, Acupuncture and is a Birth and PostPartum Doula.
With a background as an athlete in competitive cheerleading, Mackenzie is no stranger to the physical therapy world and this helped shaped her career path into massage therapy. Tristan Parisien PT
Movement has always been central to Tristan’s life. As a lifelong athlete, he grew up playing hockey, soccer, and basketball, and for the past decade he has been an avid gym enthusiast. These experiences gave him a strong appreciation for the power of movement and strength as well as an understanding that now shapes his approach as a physiotherapist. Tristan is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, recover from injury, and reach their personal goals. Whether it’s returning to sport, building resilience, or improving quality of life, he tailors every treatment to your unique needs. Tristan is a strong believer in self-sustainability and, as such, he takes a very active and educational approach to physiotherapy by empowering his patients to not only achieve their goals but also make a lasting impact.
Tristan earned his Master of Physical Therapy degree from Queen’s University in 2025, following an Honors Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. His academic foundation in human movement, combined with his athletic background, allows him to integrate evidence-based rehabilitation with practical, real-world training principles.
With a keen interest in sports rehabilitation and strength training, Tristan is committed to pushing his clients in a supportive way so they can become stronger, more confident versions of themselves. He believes in building meaningful, lasting relationships with those he works with, creating an environment where clients feel supported, motivated, and empowered.

Zina Sabir PT
Zina is a Registered Physiotherapist with a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Western and an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences (Summa cum laude) from the University of Ottawa. Inspired by her own spinal fusion surgery at a young age, she is passionate about helping people move with confidence and reach their goals.
She has completed advanced training in musculoskeletal care (AIMs Level 1 & 2 Upper Quadrant), dry needling (Evidence in Motion), and pelvic health (Pelvic Solutions – Urinary Incontinence). Zina provides care for pelvic health maintenance, urinary incontinence, prolapse, pre- and post-partum rehab, diastasis rectus, core and pelvic floor training, and safe return to exercise. She also treats temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, including jaw pain, clicking, stiffness, and difficulty with chewing or opening the mouth.
Alongside her physiotherapy practice, Zina is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and strength and conditioning coach, bringing a well-rounded approach to recovery and performance. She has special interests in sports and orthopedic injuries, concussion management, pelvic floor, and pediatrics.
Zina’s approach is client-centered and evidence-based, focusing on education, manual therapy, and targeted exercise to create clear, achievable goals. She is committed to empowering clients to take an active role in their recovery.

Casey Swan PT

As a former competitive dancer, she developed a deep appreciation for the biomechanics of movement—an understanding that now shapes her approach as a physiotherapist. She is passionate about helping clients overcome pain, recover from injury, and reach their full potential, Casey works with a wide range of injuries and skill levels. She tailors every treatment to your unique needs – whether you’re striving to regain daily function, enhance athletic performance, or break free from chronic pain- guiding you toward strength, mobility, and lasting results.
Casey has been practicing as a physiotherapist since 2009, bringing a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to her clients. She earned her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University, building on a strong foundation in movement science gained through her Bachelor of Science (Magna Cum Laude) with Honours in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. Before becoming a physiotherapist, she worked as a kinesiologist, deepening her understanding of movement mechanics and rehabilitation.
Dedicated to continuous learning, Casey has pursued extensive post-graduate training, including acupuncture, chronic and complex pain management, and numerous specialized courses through the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute (APTEI). Casey is also highly trained in Functional Dry Needling, a technique that relieves pain, releases muscle tension, and restores movement by targeting trigger points. This approach is a highly effective treatment strategy, helping clients recover faster and move with greater ease.
Outside of work, Casey stays active—whether that means getting in a workout, chasing after her two energetic daughters, or attempting to drink a cup of coffee while it’s still hot. A former dancer, she now spends more time playing chauffeur to ballet classes than actually dancing, but she still enjoys the occasional kitchen twirl. Jessica Thompson

Jessica became a physiotherapist to work with people. It’s the part of her profession that she loves the most. Meeting new people, building relationships, and helping others work toward their personal goals is her passion. Whether it’s pain management, injury rehabilitation, or strength/fitness goals, Jessica enjoys working with you as an individual and tailoring treatment to what you would like to achieve. Since 2013, Jessica has worked in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting where she has honed her manual therapy and exercise prescription skills. She feels providing a combination of education to her clients, manual therapy and rehabilitative exercises is crucial for your best recovery.
Jessica graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2013 with a Master in Physical Therapy. Prior, Jessica studied Physical Education at Brock University where she spent her 4 years working with the Athletic Therapy staff as a student therapist. This experience drove her to pursue Physiotherapy as a profession. Clinically, Jessica has trained in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (level 3), Functional Dry Needling, Soft Tissue Release, and advanced shoulder rehabilitation. In 2021, Jessica jumped into clinic ownership and opened Anatomy Physiotherapy Clinic - Stittsville to better serve her community.

Justin Thompson

Justin graduated from Georgian College with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy in 2018. He has a passion for research and strives to provide treatments based on the newest scientific evidence in the field.
Growing up playing football, rugby and hockey, Justin found himself in and out of rehabilitation programs. With personal experience in successful and unsuccessful rehabilitation programs he understands what it takes to return to activity and improve your quality of life.
